DELIVERY
The machines are delivered in a solid and well-secured wooden box. Our UV printers are delivered fully assembled – calibration and set-up are carried out in-house. Please refer to the item description for the dimensions!
TECHNOLOGY
By covering the printing table with the substrate to be printed (printing material) – with us (We Print Solutions) Epson heads print your materials. UV LED printers can be used to print flat materials as well as round objects (bottles, candles) on a flat bed using a roller unit … Printing is done with inks made from acrylic monomers that cure (polymerize) under UV LED light.
UV LED flatbed printers are characterized by their flexibility – ideal for single and series production. The substrate (material to be printed) is printed on the printer „flat bed, also called printing table“. The resolution varies from 72 dpi (advertising signs) to approx. 2,600 dpi (advertising material, art prints).
HEIGHT SENSOR
Flatbed printers can also process heavy substrates with a weight of up to approx. 15kg – 200 kg depending on the model.

WATER COOLING
